Telecoms
We provide a Samsung state of the art phone system which provides Direct dial facility, voicemail system, call re-direction, call management system and facilities for indivdual fax machines.
Within the fee each suite is allocated two DDI numbers and two 7 button digital handsets with LCD displays. All external calls are charged at the Standard BT Business Rate.
We offer two levels of operator service to meet your businesses needs.
A full time service where we will answer all your calls in your company name and announce calls to you, taking messages if you are unavailable.
A standard service where we will answer your calls, if your extension is busy or you are away from your desk.
Broadband
For a small fee, Festival House offers an always-on broadband internet connection. You will receive a dynamic IP address which is suitable for internet browsing, sending and receiving emails and up/downloading files.
Network
We offer shared access to the on-site enterprise-level server, providing internet access with adaptive anti-spam, centralised data storage (15GB / user).
There will be a setup fee for each network connection (PC’s or printers) on our Secure Local Area Network. This fee will be assessed against your particular requirements, for example, email accounts, firewall setup, mapping shared drives etc.
